10 Months

We celebrated Samantha turning 10 months by a jam packed fun filled day. First of all we took her to the National Zoo for her first time. My mission companion was down from Hershey, PA with her four kids so it was quite the adventure with all of us. It was a REALLY hot/humid day...next time we hit the zoo we are doing it in the fall or spring! Samantha did have more fun then the picture attached shows but I had to post one highlighting her cute zoo-ish shirt!

After they left, we headed down to DC to see the Nationals take on the Colorado Rockies. Everyone thought Samantha was adorable in her Rockies outfit - which of course she was! She was such a trooper the whole day and lasted up until the walk back to the car after the game. It did help that the game was bring your dog with you to the game night (Yes not so helpful for me as yikes there were dogs EVERYWHERE!) Fortunately Samantha has not inherited my fear of dogs but instead her 3rd word is actually "woof" and she loves seeing dogs.
